Floating down the Nueces will take you back in time. Not only will you be traveling a river used by Native Americans hundreds of years ago, you will also see wildlife and landscapes native to this area of South Texas. An especially interesting site will be the old river bridge which you will paddle under about 2/3 of the way down the trail.
